VOID API Personal Data Processing Policy

Version dated September 24, 2026.

Personal data operator: VOID API. Personal data inquiries: @yaneiroboss on Telegram. Do not send passwords, keys, copies of documents or third-party data in the chat. This policy applies to https://void-api.tech, the account dashboard and the API.

1. What data is processed

  • When registering and using an account: email address, password hash, user ID, authorization information and information about created API keys. Do not send your password or full key to support.
  • When topping up and spending the balance: amount, payment method, payment confirmation information, blockchain address and network for direct USDT transfers, transaction or payment IDs, time, status and billing records. Hosted payments through Paydex or RollyPay may involve payment and confirmation data processed by the connected provider according to the selected method, including SBP, bank card, crypto or xRocket where available. The provider's payment page shows the information needed to make the payment; VOID receives payment status and details needed to credit the balance and handle disputes and refunds.
  • When using the API: request time and ID, model, token volume, cost, status, duration, information about the key used and technical connection data, including the IP address if recorded in logs.
  • When contacting support: reply address, contents of the inquiry and information needed to resolve it.
  • Prompts, attachments and responses pass through the VOID gateway to the selected model provider to fulfill the request. These materials may be processed and stored in the gateway’s and provider’s infrastructure under the provider’s terms. VOID does not promise that all providers refrain from storing requests or using them to improve their models.

2. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed for registration and authorization, performance of the API service agreement, accounting for payments and requests, protecting keys, preventing abuse, handling inquiries and complying with the law. Separate consent is requested where the law requires it. Registering with VOID API does not by itself constitute consent to advertising or mailings.

3. Who receives data

Authorized staff, hosting and technical infrastructure providers, selected model providers and a payment operator (if the relevant payment method is connected) may access data within the scope of their work. To answer a request, its content is transmitted along the selected route and may be processed outside the user’s country. The providers actually involved depend on the model and payment method. A user acting as an independent operator of other people’s personal data is responsible for the lawfulness of transmitting it through the API.

4. Retention and protection

Account data is processed while the account is in use; billing information is retained for the periods necessary to fulfill obligations and legal requirements. Technical logs and inquiries are retained to the extent necessary to operate and protect the service and resolve disputes. When the relevant purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymized unless the law requires its retention. Retention periods for request content held by external providers are set by their terms and are not under VOID’s sole control. The service restricts access to data and takes measures to protect it from unauthorized access.

The website uses cookies to maintain an authenticated session, including to refresh the access token. Public blockchain data, including an address and transaction, may remain on the network independently of deletion of a VOID account.

5. User rights

Users may request information about their data, correction, restriction of processing or deletion, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To do so, contact @yaneiroboss on Telegram. Identity verification may be required to protect the account. Withdrawal of consent does not prevent processing necessary on another lawful basis, for example to retain billing information. A response is provided within the time required by applicable law. Users may also contact the competent personal data protection authority.
