VOID API Public Offer

The Provider gives registered users access to VOID API, an interface for interacting with artificial intelligence models listed at https://void-api.tech/models. VOID API forwards requests to model providers and records usage. The Provider does not develop all available models and does not guarantee that their characteristics or availability will remain unchanged.

The offer is accepted by registering and then starting to use the API or topping up the balance, after the user has had the opportunity to read it. It applies only to VOID API services; purchasing access to other services is not part of this agreement. The version effective at the time the service is provided is available on the website.

The user keeps their password and API keys confidential, revokes compromised keys, and is responsible for the legality of submitted materials. Using the service for unlawful acts, infringing third-party rights, attempting to bypass restrictions, or interfering with the API is prohibited. The Provider may restrict access on reasonable suspicion of abuse or as required by law; the user may challenge a restriction through support.

To obtain a response, the request is forwarded to the selected model provider. The handling of information and possible disclosure to third parties are described in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Do not include other people’s information in prompts without a proper legal basis.

The customer price is listed at https://void-api.tech/models in USD per 1 million tokens unless the catalog specifies another unit. Input, output, cache reads and writes, and other applicable categories are billed at the published rate. An unpublished rate for a category does not mean that it is free. Top-up terms, disputed charges and refunds of the remaining balance are described in the Payment and Refund Terms.

The cost depends on the amount of usage actually recorded and the rate in effect at the time of the request. The account displays the balance and available usage information. Report a disputed charge to support with the request ID; the Provider will check the calculation and correct any confirmed error. Topping up the balance is a prepayment for future services, not payment for tokens already used.

Rate changes apply only to future requests after new prices are published on the website. Switching technical providers does not change the customer price previously published for a request. The user may stop using the service and request a refund of the unused balance.

Third-party models may make mistakes, change behavior or temporarily fail to respond. Users must check AI outputs before using them in significant decisions. The Provider reviews claims about availability and charges and is liable under applicable law; this offer does not waive mandatory consumer rights. Exclusive rights to input data do not pass to the Provider merely because a request was sent.

Claims, refund requests and account closure requests are sent on Telegram to @yaneiroboss. Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, copies of documents or other people’s personal data in the chat. Inquiries are reviewed within 10 business days; any shorter period required by applicable law takes precedence. Closing an account does not end the Provider’s obligation to settle unused prepayments and retain billing records as required by law.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, if no agreement is reached, in accordance with applicable law. A new version of the offer is published on the website and does not alter the terms of services already provided.
